Insert the SIM card into the Compact Flash Card Close door on the SIM card and slide the silver door down locking it into position. Insert the Compact Flash card into your PPC Insert PDA into the Docking Cradle

| Insert CD Rom into CD Reader on your PC - The program will begin automatically - Follow the Instructions | |

| Remove Pocket PC from Docking Cradle and follow the instructions on PDA screen. | |

7 If you have an AudioVox RTM-8000 use the same Chi Mei, G1 setup.

9 Select your provider in the USA or Canada

That's all there is too it !! You have now installed and set up your PDA and GPRS Modem Card Now, let's try out the card ! |

12 From the Start Menu select Running Voice For Telephone and Data Functionality
|
13 The card will register with the GSM network - From this screen if functions like a cell phone.

14 Select the sixth icon on bottom for Data functions. With this screen you can access the internet, your email or MSN Messenger.

15 Tap the IE icon in center to reach the internet For a Bandwidth test go to www.2wire.com

16 www.2wire.com will give you a data benchmark

17 Scroll to the right and down a bit for the Bandwidth Meter
|

18 Tap the Speedometer on the Blue Bar and expand the window for a graphic view.

19 Bandwidth will vary dependent upon network congestion and which provider you choose. Data rates are normally 36-46 Kbps with T-Mobile and 24-34 Kbps with AT&T.

20 Another Bandwidth test two minutes later

21 Tap on the two arrows - Disconnect the data connection.

22 Tap the phone icon - the phone comes back online.
